We’re excited to announce we’ve switched to a new email provider, beehiiv! This upgrade allows us to deliver emails more securely and reliably, ultimately creating a happier inbox experience for you.

You might wonder why we’re sending emails using a beehiiv email address (mail.beehiiv.com). Here’s the deal: major email providers (Apple, Google, Outlook, etc.) are cautious about sudden spikes in email volume. To avoid getting flagged as spam and ensure our emails land safely in your inbox, beehiiv uses a process called Smart Warming.

Smart Warming: Building a Stronger Connection

While our account is being “warmed up,” you might see emails from us coming from both our usual address (starts with hello) and our temporary mail.beehiiv.com address for a while. Rest assured, any email from these two addresses is from us. As the Smart Warming process completes, more emails will arrive from our hello address and message from mail.beehiiv.com will stop. This gentle introduction ensures a smooth transition and guarantees you won’t miss important updates, resources, or valuable content from us.

How to Contact Us

To contact us, reply to any email we send. Sadly we can’t put our email address here for a lot of reasons, but here are the top two:

• Spam: Millions of bots crawl the web to steal email addresses. This is called email harvesting. By putting our email address on our website, we are putting our email inbox at risk.

• Security: Hackers can steal and use our email address to try and launch attacks on our website.

Thanks for sticking with us through this transition. We aim to respond to any email within 5 business days. See you in your inbox. 📧

The image in this post was created using Stability AI (stability.ai). Finding the perfect image for articles used to be a huge hassle. We’d sift through countless image libraries full of cheesy or over-used images. Now, with just a few words, we can create close to perfect images in a flash.

Here is the prompt we used for this image: Create a vibrant, beehive surrounded by bees carrying envelopes. Ensure that one of the bees is prominently holding a mail icon or envelope to represent the activity and productivity of the new email platform, Beehiiv.

BTW: We’ll always let you know whenever we use AI-generated content on our site.
