The ability to power your device by resting it on a charging pad instead of plugging it into the wall. Qi (pronounced “chee”) is the standard of wireless charging, and this technology is now everywhere and has been adopted by all the major smartphone manufacturers, including Apple and Samsung. Wireless charging technology has been around since 1894, but it wasn’t until the past decade that it became mainstream.
