Where is the contacts app?

Remember what the Contacts icon looks like. Now swipe through your Home Screens. It could be hidden in a folder. When you find it, press on the Contacts app icon until it wiggles and then drag it to where you want it.

Why is an icon grey?

If an icon in a Contact card is grey, it means you don’t have the information in that contact to use that service. Check with the person you are trying to connect with and get the information from them. Then you can edit their Contact card with this updated information.
